You have the right to request us to delete all personal data we have about you under the European Union's GDPR regulation.
We will do our best to respond to your request promptly. In any case, we will respond no later than one month from the following date:
- Receipt of your written request; or
- Receipt of any additional information we may ask you to provide to fulfill your request, whichever occurs later.
The information you provide in this template will only be used for the purposes of identifying the personal data you are requesting to be deleted and responding to your request.

To ensure that we delete the data of the correct person, we need you to provide proof of your identity and address. Please provide a copy or scanned image (do not send originals) of one or both of the following documents:
- Proof of Identity - passport, driver's license with photo, national ID card, birth certificate.
- Proof of Address - utility bill, bank statement, credit card statement (not older than 3 months), current driver's license.
If we have doubts about your identity, we reserve the right to refuse your request.

PART 4: Reason for Data Deletion Request
Due to the sensitive nature of deleting personal data, Article 17(1) of the GDPR sets out certain conditions that must be met before a request can be considered. Please provide us with the reason why you wish for your data to be deleted and attach any supporting documents.

- You believe that your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we originally collected it.
- You no longer consent to our processing of your personal data.
- You object to our processing of your personal data, which is your right under Article 21 of the GDPR.
- You believe that your personal data has been unlawfully processed.
- You believe that we are subject to a legal obligation of the European Union or a Member State that requires the deletion of your personal data.
- You are a child, representing a child, or were a child at the time of data processing and feel that your personal data has been used to offer you information society services.

Also, if it is not entirely clear, explain why the particular page is about you or the person you represent on this form.
Please note that in some cases, where deletion could adversely affect freedom of speech, breach a legal obligation, interfere with public interest in the area of public health, interfere with public interest in the area of scientific or historical research, or prohibit the establishment of a legal defense or the exercise of other legal claims, we may not be able to delete the information you have requested in accordance with Article 17(3) of the GDPR. In such cases, you will be promptly informed and provided with all reasons for this decision.
Although in most cases we are happy to delete personal data you request, we reserve the right under Article 12(5) of the GDPR to charge a fee or refuse a request if it is considered "manifestly unfounded or excessive." However, we will make every effort to provide you with the deletion of your personal data if appropriate.
